(8:00 am Friday through 11:00 pm Saturday)Weekend bundle - The best value and less stressful. Friday at 8:00 a.m. through Sunday at noon. This allows you to return on Sunday to gather your belongings as well as the rentals. All trash must be placed in the dumpster but everything else will be handled by Lynn’s Landing staff: $5000
$300 clean up fee (optional)
$500 deposit is required 2 weeks before the event. This deposit will be refunded within two weeks of staff inspection of the property after the event. If all rules of the contract are met and there is no damage, the said $500 will be returned.
MiniMonies: $5,000 All Inclusive - Monday, Tuesday and Thursday

Add-On Services
Bar Service/Per Bartender
$250 for up to 100 guests / $500 for more than 100 guests which includes 2 bartenders
The number of bar staff required will be determined by Lynn’s Landing Staff. This is a required service if there will be alcohol present at your event. Beer and Wine only - NO hard liquor allowed. No one is allowed to bring or consume their own alcohol on the property at any time.
Security/Alcohol
$250 for events where there is alcohol present. This service will be enforced at the discretion of Lynn’s Landing Staff.
Event Liability Insurance is required for the day of the event when alcohol is present. Policy can be emailed to lynnslanding63@gmail.com at least one week prior to event.
Monday - Thursday: $2,500

Hourly rate for private events $150 per hour with a 4 hour minimum. Monday through Thursday only.
Landscaped areas & Lynn’s Landing are available for Portrait Sessions at $150/hour exclusively for Landing clients
